Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or intentional abuse are not covered under this warranty, and we reserve the right to deny any warranty claim if necessary.
For customers outside the USA, note that we’re unable to cover shipping costs on warranty items. While we’ll gladly provide the replacement parts, shipping expenses need to be covered before items are sent out.
The XERO Guarantee covers all parts of the system for twelve years, except for the filters and RO membrane. This warranty is non-transferable and will be void if the system is modified.Â
We won’t cover damage caused by dropping, tipping over, or breakage in transit. The warranty will only cover defective parts due to normal wear and tear which is something we will determine when evaluating your warranty form submission. Rusted parts caused by chemicals are not included in the warranty. We reserve the right to refuse/deny any warranty claim for any reason.
Please note we can not cover the shipping cost on any warranty items outside of the mainland USA. We can cover the parts and send them to you but you must pay for the shipping cost prior to us sending them out.
