The XERO Pure MAX is a cutting-edge pure water system designed for superior performance. Featuring dual reverse osmosis (RO) technology, it delivers more gallons per minute, allowing you to work efficiently on higher windows or with dual poles without the need for a pump.

The robust steel frame supports all components, ensuring durability and a secure setup for filters and fittings. Unlike other machines, the XERO Pure MAX is built with high-quality brass, aluminum, and steel, eliminating the use of cheap plastic parts.

The XERO Pure MAX is ideal for cleaning at heights of approximately 40 feet with sufficient line pressure. It is also engineered to be laid flat during use to ensure optimal performance.

XERO Pure MAX - Filtration

The XERO Pure MAX ensures you have the pure water you need by starting with a chloramine filter that removes larger impurities from the source water. Next, the water is divided and passes through dual reverse osmosis (RO) membranes, which perform the majority of the purification process through Variable Flow Technology (VFT). After this, the water goes through the deionization (DI) housing for a final refinement, guaranteeing a total dissolved solids (TDS) level below 10 ppm. Once this process is complete, the purified water flows to your water-fed brush, ready to effectively clean the glass.

A standout feature of this system is its non-proprietary filter changes, enabling you to use any compatible replacement filters from your preferred supplier.

Filters and When to change them
  • Replace the Chloramine Filter after 5,000 gallons or every two months.
  • DI Resin should be replaced as needed. If your TDS meter is reading over 010 ppm, then its time to change out your resin.
  • This system uses a refillable DI cartridge that holds just under 1/8 of a cubic foot of resin. When replacing your resin, pack the cartridge tight to the top making sure the arrow is up and lubricate the o-ring.
  • Replace the RO Membrane when the TDS of the purified water is only 80% of the incoming TDS. This means that the RO membrane is not performing at peak performance.
Tips
  • When closing the filters and housings with the included wrenches, do not over tighten.
  • When possible, transport your system lying down.
  • Never restrict or stop the flow of water from the waste water fitting at the bottom of the RO membrane.
  • Use XERO RO Guardian to prevent bacterial growth on your RO membrane during long periods of inactivity or while in winter storage.
  • Test the TDS of the supply water and pure water at each job.
