The XERO DI 40 Inch single-stage system is expertly designed for soft water areas (TDS below 100 ppm), making it perfect for new window cleaners or occasional users. This system utilizes a 40" DI cartridge that effectively removes impurities from water, ensuring sparkling clean results. For added convenience, it includes a shoulder strap for easy transportation and handling.

Crafted from high-quality materials, the XERO 40 Inch guarantees flawless performance right out of the box. Its durable stainless steel housing protects the refillable 40" DI cartridge. With brass garden hose fittings, you can enjoy secure, leak-free connections, while rubber feet ensure stability during operation. The system can be laid down during use or mounted as desired for versatility.

The single-stage water purification process is straightforward. Source water is directed into the system and flows through the DI canister. Inside the 40" DI cylinder, resin utilizes deionization to remove impurities from the water. Once filtered, the pressure from the tap pushes the purified water out to your water-fed pole.

Filters and When to change them
  • DI Resin should be replaced as needed. If your TDS meter is reading over 010 ppm, then its time to change out your resin.
  • This system uses refillable DI cartridges that hold just under 1/4 of a cubic foot of resin. When replacing your resin, pack the cartridge tight to the top making sure the arrow is up.
Tips
  • Refilling the 40 inch DI cartridge will require electrical tape.
  • Always lubricate the o-ring when replacing the cartridge.
  • When possible, use the system in the upright position.
  • Do not let your system freeze.
  • Test the TDS of the supply water and pure water at each job.
