Issues are very rare but if there is any issue with your XERO Pole, please submit a warranty form and get in touch with us.
To be covered by a warranty, you must be the original owner of the pole and you should be able to show proof. The fastest way to move along a warranty claim is to complete ALL information on that form. Be as detailed as possible and it is always helpful to include pictures with detailed descriptions. Once you fill out that form, we will get back to you as soon as possible!
