What sets the XERO Pure MAX Power apart from the standard MAX and MAX Plus models is its built-in 110V motor and rotary vane pump, capable of delivering an impressive 3 gallons per minute. With a robust half-horsepower motor and a pressure regulator that manages up to 100 PSI, this system ensures precise pressure exactly where and when it's needed. It's ideal for low source pressure situations, elevated heights, or operating multiple poles simultaneously, guaranteeing optimal flow for any job.

The integrated TDS meter ensures precise measurements for maintaining top water quality. Featuring advanced microprocessor technology, this digital meter delivers accurate and clear readings consistently.

Additionally, the system offers the versatility to use pure RO water for various applications, including cleaning solar panels and other non-transparent surfaces. This capability helps save on DI resin and allows for cost-effective use of perfectly pure water only when necessary.

The XERO Pure MAX Power is ideal for cleaning at heights of approximately 40 feet with sufficient line pressure. It is also engineered to be laid flat during use to ensure optimal performance.

XERO Pure Max Power - Filtration

Pre-Filters: This system is equipped with essential sediment and chloramine pre-filters to treat municipal water. With chloramines becoming increasingly common in city water, this filter is vital to protect your RO membranes from potential damage and to prolong the life of your system, ensuring consistent and reliable performance over time.

RO Membranes: Featuring dual VFT (variable flow technology) 40-inch RO membranes, this system efficiently purifies water at a rate of up to 3 gpm. An integrated pressure gauge allows you to easily monitor the water pressure from the pre-filters.

DI Resin: The final stage of purification utilizes DI resin. This system includes a 10-inch refillable DI cartridge, holding just under 1/8 cubic foot of DI resin, which guarantees a spotless finish with TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) levels below 10 ppm.

Filters and When to change them
  • Replace the Sediment and Chloramine Filters after 5,000 gallons or every two months.
  • DI Resin should be replaced as needed. If your TDS meter is reading over 010 ppm, then its time to change out your resin.
  • This system uses a refillable DI cartridge that holds just under 1/8 of a cubic foot of resin. When replacing your resin, pack the cartridge tight to the top making sure the arrow is up. Lubricate the o-ring before installing.
  • Replace the RO Membranes when the TDS of the purified water is only 80% of the incoming TDS. This means that the RO membranes are not performing at peak performance. To open the RO housing, a 14mm wrench and an adjustable wrench will be needed.
Tips
  • When closing the filters and housings with the included wrenches, do not over tighten.
  • When possible, transport your system lying down.
  • Never restrict or stop the flow of water from the waste water fitting at the bottom of the RO membrane.
  • Use XERO RO Guardian to prevent bacterial growth on your RO membrane during long periods of inactivity or while in winter storage.
  • Test the TDS of the supply water and pure water at each job.

Pump Safety

Risk of electric shock! Non-submersible motor, keep completely dry. Protect from water and weather. Never allow cord or plugs to contact water.

Never remove grounding prong from plug. Always use GFCI protection. Do not operate with damaged cord. All wiring must be performed by a licensed professional. Only pump clear, non-salt water. Never run the pump dry.
