The XERO DI Cart - Single is an ideal DI water filtration system for new window cleaners and those in soft water areas with TDS under 100 ppm. Equipped with a 40-inch DI cartridge and a carbon pre-filter, it provides a sparkling, spot-free finish.

Built with high-quality materials and precision-crafted by the XERO team, this cart is ready for immediate use. The 40-inch DI cartridge is encased in stainless steel and mounted on a sturdy, powder-coated steel frame, with a 10-inch carbon filter housed on the back.

XERO DI Cart Single - Filtration

The filtration process starts with the source water passing through the carbon pre-filter, which removes large impurities. Next, the water flows into the DI cartridge, where the resin uses deionization to remove any remaining contaminants. The purified water then exits, ready to be used for water-fed window cleaning.

This system boasts non-proprietary filters, allowing you to use any compatible replacement from your preferred supplier.

Filters and When to change them
  • Replace the Carbon Filter after 5,000 gallons or every two months.
  • DI Resin should be replaced as needed. If your TDS meter is reading over 010 ppm, then its time to change out your resin.
  • This system uses refillable DI cartridges that hold just under 1/4 of a cubic foot of resin. When replacing your resin, pack the cartridge tight to the top making sure the arrow is up and lubricate the o-ring.
Tips
  • Refilling the 40 inch DI cartridge will require electrical tape.
  • When possible, use the system in the upright position.
  • Do not let your system freeze.
  • Test the TDS of the supply water and pure water at each job.
