When TDS readings indicate higher levels, simply refill the DI cartridges with 1/2 cubic foot of resin (1/4 cube each) to maintain cost-efficient operation. If your TDS is below 100 and you have softer water, a DI unit like the XERO DI Cart could be a great choice for you.
