Oh no, something on my system broke, is that covered by warranty?
XERO Pure Water Systems are covered from manufacturer defects for 12 years, the best guarantee in the industry. If you're the original owner and a component fails, just let us know, and we'll get you a replacement part out right away. If you're international, you just need to cover the cost of shipping for your warranty parts.
If something was damaged due to negligence or misuse, then those issues are generally not covered by the warranty.

Can I make my own DIY Pure Water System with all these parts?
We highly advise against trying to DIY your own pure water system. In the end, it'll likely be more expensive, and less reliable. Plus you'll be missing out on the XERO Warranty and customer support we offer. We've done the hard design work for you so you have the best unit to produce pure water for clean windows.
