System Updates

Distinguishing the XERO Pure MAX Power from the standard MAX and MAX Plus is its built-in 110V motor and rotary vane pump, which can deliver an impressive 3 gallons per minute. With a half-unit horsepower motor and a pressure regulator that can handle up to 100 PSI, this system ensures optimal pressure exactly when needed. It's perfect for situations with low source pressure, elevated heights, or when operating multiple poles simultaneously, guaranteeing adequate flow for any task.

Ensure precise TDS measurements for maintaining optimal water quality with the integrated TDS meter. Equipped with advanced microprocessor technology, this digital meter consistently provides accurate and clear readings.

Furthermore, the system offers the flexibility to use pure RO water for a variety of applications, including cleaning solar panels and other non-transparent surfaces. This feature allows you to save on DI resin and be more cost-effective by using perfectly pure water only when necessary.

Filtration

Pre-Filters- The XERO Pure MAX Power features essential sediment and chloramine pre-filters to treat city water. Given the rising prevalence of chloramines in municipal water, incorporating this filter is crucial. Chloramines can severely damage RO membranes; this filter aims to extend the lifespan of your system, ensuring consistent and reliable performance for years.

RO-Membranes - Fitted with dual 40-inch RO Membranes, the MAX Power efficiently purifies water at a rate of up to 3 gallons per minute. An integrated pressure gauge allows you to easily monitor the water pressure coming from the pre-filters.

DI Resin - The final purification stage utilizes DI Resin. This system includes a 10-inch refillable DI cartridge, which holds just under 1/8 of a cubic foot of DI resin, ensuring a pristine finish with TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) levels below 10 ppm.

Speedy Filter Changes

Changing the filters on these units is a breeze. The provided filter wrenches make opening the DI, sediment, and chloramine housings effortless. Just unscrew the canisters, swap out the filter or resin, and screw them back in place. Consistent filter replacements are crucial for upholding water purity and safeguarding the RO membranes' effectiveness. Should you notice TDS levels surpassing 10 ppm, it's probably time to renew the resin. By maintaining them properly, the RO membranes can endure for years, reducing the need for frequent replacements.

Construction

Constructed with the same strong, thick steel frame as the XERO Triple Pure, these units are meticulously assembled in-house and have been carefully inspected to guarantee perfection. The system exclusively utilizes metal fittings to enhance long-term durability. Its large, flat-free wheels facilitate smooth transport both around your shop and on the job site.

The XERO Pure MAX Power offers flexible usage; it can be positioned upright or laid down for added convenience. The unit weighs approximately 120 lbs and measures 19 inches in length, 16.5 inches in width, and stands 51.5 inches tall.
