When you purchase the XERO Pure, XERO Pure MAX, or XERO ATOM you are covered by a warranty that covers all parts of the system for 12 years, except for the RO membrane.
Please note that we will not cover damage caused by dropping, tipping over or breakage in transit. The shipping cost is not included. The warranty does not cover the shipping cost on any warranty items outside of the USA as well. If you are an international customer, we can cover the parts but you must pay for the shipping prior to us sending them out. Get in touch with us if you have any questions at all!
To start a warranty claim for your purification system submit a warranty form and we will determine if you are eligible. We ask that you be the ORIGINAL owner of the system and that your information matched the original order. To make sure your warranty claim is done quickly please fill out all sections of the form and be as descriptive. Includes pictures and being as detailed as possible will help our staff. Ince we review your claim we will be in touch!
