Featuring a robust 40-inch DI cartridge and a carbon pre-filter, this system ensures impeccable, spot-free window cleaning results.
Source water initially passes through the carbon pre-filter, effectively eliminating larger impurities. Subsequently, the water flows into the DI cartridge filled with DI resin, which employs deionization to purify the water thoroughly. Finally, the purified water is directed to your hose and pole for efficient water-fed window cleaning.
Crafted with premium materials and meticulously assembled by our dedicated team, the XERO DI Cart - Single guarantees optimal performance straight out of the box. The 40-inch DI cartridge is securely housed within a stainless steel enclosure mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame. A pre-filter housing accommodates the 10-inch carbon filter at the rear. Equipped with two no-flat wheels, this system ensures effortless mobility across various terrains. Furthermore, brass garden hose fittings ensure durable, leak-free connections.
At 42 lbs, the XERO DI Cart - Single is exceptionally lightweight and easy to transport, set up, and maintain, catering to the needs of on-the-go window cleaners. A TDS meter is included to facilitate effective water quality monitoring. Once the TDS meter indicates higher readings, refilling the DI cartridge with 1/4 cubic foot of resin ensures cost-effective operation. The addition of the 10-inch carbon pre-filter extends the lifespan of the DI cartridge. Replace the carbon filter after reaching 5,000 gallons to uphold optimal system performance.
